Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 17, 2026. This policy explains what personal data appanalytics.ai (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and the early-access program, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the website at appanalytics.ai and to information you send us when you request early access or contact us. The appanalytics.ai product (including the alpha dashboard) processes your product data under a separate agreement provided when you get access; this policy does not cover data you upload to the product.
2. Data we collect
Information you give us
- Early-access requests: name, work email, company, website/domain, product type and any description you choose to provide.
- Correspondence: the content of emails or messages you send us, including your email address.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps, collected through server logs and — if enabled — a web analytics service (see “Cookies and analytics”).
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your request for early access or your questions, and to onboard you to the product.
- To operate, secure and improve the website (for example, understanding which pages are useful).
- To send product updates related to the early-access program. You can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract or steps at your request (early access), our legitimate interests (running and improving the website, communicating with prospective customers) and, where required, your consent (analytics cookies, marketing emails).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Hosting and delivery of this website (cloud hosting / CDN providers).
- Internal notifications (Discord): when you submit the early-access form, the details you entered are transmitted from your browser directly to a private channel in our team’s Discord workspace, using a Discord webhook. Discord Inc. therefore processes and stores that message on its servers under its own privacy policy. We use this only to route your request to the right person; if you would rather not use it, email us instead at [email protected].
- Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, to measure aggregate website usage.
- Authorities or advisers where required by law.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website itself does not set cookies for its own functionality. If web analytics is enabled, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics, which uses cookies or similar identifiers to measure aggregate traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the website will continue to work.
6. Retention
Early-access and contact data is kept for as long as needed to run the program and communicate with you, and then deleted or anonymised. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights — including deleting your early-access request — email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
